We have been working with orchestras in many countries for a long time. This has resulted in the creation of valuable networks. We have also been exchanging materials with orchestras for a long time: they lend us materials and scores from their libraries as a basis for reprinting, provided this is permitted under copyright law (we take care of checking this). The orchestras receive this material back in the same condition, and in addition they receive the material of a comparable work of their choice from our orchestra catalog free of charge. The orchestra is not mentioned anywhere as the source of the loan.

This allows us to expand our catalog, while orchestras save on the cost of purchasing a work and help make works from their own collections available to other ensembles as inexpensive materials for purchase at B-Note. In many cases, this has made works publicly available again for the first time, as many pieces exist in only one orchestra library.
You are welcome to send us your inventory list or access to your sheet music library.
